Sign up and sell

Sign up, enter your details and start selling. Our listing process will guide you step by step on how to build a great profile, and the Hewi team will take care of the rest! You can find our commission rates here.

2.

Item sold and ship

Once an item has sold, you will have access to the buyer's details and your item should be promptly shipped to your buyer via a tracked service (Royal Mail, DHL).

Your payment

7 days after the postage date, or as soon as the buyer confirms receipt of their order, payment will be released to you including postage costs, minus our commission fee. Get paid via bank transfer using the details you set upon registering (this can always be amended in your account).

VIP Service

Register and apply

The effortless way to sell your cherished pieces with Hewi's VIP experience, offering total anonymity. Speak with our team to advise us of the number, age and brands of the items you wish to sell. At-home collection and process

A collection of your items will be arranged at a time to suit you. Upon enquiry, our VIP team can visit your home to value your wardrobe and curate a selection for sale. Your items will be inventoried, photographed, priced, listed and stored. Upon sale of your items, they will be shipped by Hewi via tracked DHL.

3.

Reporting and payment

You will receive a monthly report and payment, as well as access to your account for complete visibility on the status of your sales and listings. You will have continual access to your personal VIP Account Manager, who will manage your selling strategy and ensure your seamless experience.
