This Louisa Ballou dress is crafted in the USA from lightweight, stretch charmeuse. The sleeveless dress features a halter neckline, a cutout design with ring accent at the front, and a tie at the open back. The shell is made of 96% silk and 4% elastane. It should be dry cleaned.
