Product Description
The classic plain B-3 mouton jacket from AVIREX is accented with a logo plate on the left chest. Available in three colors: the classic black and brown, plus an impactful white. The mouton color matches each body, making it an item that can be enjoyed with a rugged or clean look depending on the color. The B-3 is a flight jacket made with sheepskin (mouton) as the lining, created in the 1930s when fighter cockpits did not yet have pressurization devices or heaters and pilots had to fight the harsh cold. It is designed to keep out the wind and keep body heat from escaping, making it the best flight jacket for cold protection. It has a large chin warmer, adjustable side belt, and faithfully reproduces the details of the time. *IMPORTANT READ* The jacket is size 42 but due to the style of it, it fits like a comfortable 40. This item is brand new and exclusive to Japan. It is not available in the UK, Europe or the US. The jacket has all the tags,plastic cover and is still in its original box and is unused.
