18 karat gold skull bracelet with movable bandana tie (you can see it in attached photo). The skull is embellished with white/black diamonds and ruby. All inserts and elements are in 18kt gold and are set on a very resistant, woven pull-cord bracelet. Adjustable length for custom fit.
