A stunning pair of antique Russian, solid 14 carat gold Art Nouveau cufflinks; beautifully made by Ivan Khlebnikov, with translucent white guilloché enamel and set with bright red cabochon rubies. Housed in a later fitted retailers box by Wartski of London.
