Elegant four tier layered frill hem which has been perfectly finished by hand with beautiful herringbone stitch. Sensuous deep V neckline with stunning two tier frill detail, made with high quality french braid to ensure the perfect couture finish. The three quarter length arms also have a delightful two tier frill detail at the cuffs and make this a must have forever dress.
