Honouring American New York street artist Alec Monopoly and his colourful signature derived from the Monopoly board game’s Rich Uncle Pennybags, this TAG Heuer Formula 1 Alec Monopoly watch combines the beauty of his art with an exquisite Swiss made quartz movement. Remaining true to their avant-garde identity, TAG Heuer have incorporated one of the most reliable and accurate quartz movements made in Switzerland which has a variation of only a few seconds per month with a bold and colourful dial exhibiting examples of Alec Monopoly’s own work.
Using their famous Formula 1 model as a backdrop to the design with the graffiti dial face , TAG Heuer takes a 41mm fine brushed and polished stainless steel case and enhances it with a sandblasted black PVD coated stainless steel unidirectional turning bezel. This sporty aesthetic is further accentuated by its 200-metre water resistance, date window and large hour and minute hands coated in Superluminova.
