there is one part of the bag that is ripped,I thought I had to pull this part in order to change the shape of the bag but I accidentally pulled to hard and it ripped.Its unnoticeable when you wear it and I’m sure that it’s easy to fix it,or to be honest I wouldn’t bother because it’s unnoticeable when you wear the bag.Ive tried contacting Prada but they told me since I’ve ripped it myself they won’t cooperate.
I lowered the price because of this issue
