A gorgeous Pippa Small Jasper and Agate ring from the Turquoise Mountain collection.
This ring was handmade in Kabul and gave employment back to those effected by conflict. The setting is Locally mined silver and covered with the traditional gold vermail. The lapis and agate are also naturally mined and cut by hand to fit each mount.
It also comes with original pouch which is also sourced from local artisans who's business was affected due to conflict.
These pieces have become very collectable not only due to the collaboration with Pippa Small but the craftsmanship and story behind each piece.
Pippa ensured that artisans who crafted the jewelry received full payment without a middle man or department store taking the profit.
Many celebrities have been seen wearing these rings, including Angelina Jolie who regularly visits the workshop in Afghanistan.
